• Enviromental Impact Assessment - Completion of documentation in accordance with the regulations of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the United States’ National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), integrated with studies and activities to address interrelated requirements of other agencies and regulations; ongoing communication and coordination at appropriate milestones during work-in-progress to address issues that may hinder attainment of client objectives.

• Environmental Permit Compliance - Identification of applicable regulations and responsible agencies’ personnel; proactive communications to propose environmental protection solutions that are compatible with project objectives; management of implementation of mitigation, monitoring, and reporting to agencies to ensure consistent approvals.

• Project Safety Documentation and Activities - Preparation of Emergency Action Plans in accordance with applicable regulations; management of exercises to test the plans, identify alternate procedures and train staff, using moderated group discussions and simulated emergencies.

• Environmental Program Outreach - Exchange information pertaining to environmental regulations and projects with U.S. Information Agency-sponsored visiting professionals in related fields.
